How we process a visa application

①Assessment

       Try our Assessment in order to check your eligibility to obtain right visa.

②Official order and signing of agreement

　　　If you feel comfortable with our procedure and wish to make official request, we make

         agreement to be signed by the client and our office.

③Payment of fee

　　　Fee is payable through bank transfer,  by cash and credit cards (VISA, Master Card).

④Start preparation of document

　　　As soon as fee is received, we start preparation of application together with several support document

⑤Application

　　　Submit application form and support document to the Immigration Bureau on behalf of applicant under

         the capacity and the license of Immigration Processor awarded from Ministry of Justice.

⑥Report current procedure situation

       If the process takes time than usual, we report the current situation to client.

⑦Approval, and receive approval seal

       As soon as we receive the notice of approval, we go The applicant does not need to show up

       to Immigration Bureau.

⑧Return of new visa, passport and related document
